Our site is different from every other site of its kind on the web in 2 distinctly different ways.
- Every other site on the web will charge you (the investor) $29 to $49 per month for the privilege to access their database. Sure, many of them will offer a free trial for a couple of days or maybe even a week. But in the end, they will ask for your credit card and automatically charge you when the trial period is up. Our primary focus is to help these home owners escape foreclosure. And to do that effectively, we need to give them as much exposure as possible. This means getting their property listed in front of as many investors like you as possible.
- We are also different in that every other site on the web that advertises “PreForeclosure” listings is getting them from public record databases. This means they are charging you for the privilege to access public records through their site. And most importantly, by the time it gets to public records, foreclosure has already been filed, and there is a limited amount of time to move. Our site consists of “hot leads” for investors because they will be available for you to see before anyone else does through public record.
