Our site is different because our database is made up of people that came to us looking for help and made the decision to get out of their situation before it became a foreclosure. There is no other database like this because your payment history on your mortgage is not public record.
Many other sites go to "great lengths" to provide you with information about Pre-Foreclosures or Short Sales, but most don't have accurate or up to date information. By the time a Pre-Foreclosure reaches public records, the seller has already been served legal papers with the intent to foreclose by the lender.
While we give you all the tools necessary to go through the process on your own, we also understand that not everyone will want to negotiate a short sale themselves.
